## Pricing questions

### Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a free 30-day trial with access equivalent to the Studio plan, and no credit card is required to begin.

### How much does PappAI cost?

There are three monthly plans (Solo, Studio and Studio AI) starting from €50/month (VAT excluded, founder pricing), with unlimited patients on every plan. You only choose a paid plan when you are ready.

### Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Billing is monthly with no contractual commitment, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

### Is electronic invoicing included?

The Studio and Studio AI plans include Italian electronic invoicing through the SDI system and the Health Card System, currently being activated (coming soon) and limited to nutritionists based in Italy. In the meantime you can keep invoicing with your usual tools; nutritionists outside Italy can always export each invoice as a PDF.

### Do my patients pay to use PappAI?

No. Only the nutritionist subscribes. Patients use the companion mobile app for free to follow their plan, log meals and track their progress.
